Immersive Learning / Training

SOLOXR CORP, in collaboration with Canadore College, is proud to announce Smile Connect VR, a state-of-the-art immersive Virtual Reality training simulation designed for dental hygiene students..

This groundbreaking platform places students inside a fully interactive PC-VR long-term care environment, built in Unreal Engine and deployed on Meta Quest headsets. Students can practice real-world dental hygiene communication scenarios with virtual clients experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), through immersive and repeatable practice.

Students can develop client-centered communication strategies, build confidence, and strengthen their ability to navigate complex interactions, all within a safe, supportive learning environment. Developed with financial contribution from Health Canada.
